Made in England by LLEDO (London) Limited.  There is not a lot of information on the box or the truck other than it is a Ford and it is marked "Promotional Model" "Made in England."  It is slightly smaller in scale than the Matchbox models, below.

Matchbox Model Of Yesteryear - 35:1 scale.  The box is stickered "The Alternative Collection by Creaks of Camberley - Limited edition of 1000".  "Planters Peanuts (Ford T)" and "Collectors model using Matchbox chassis.  This Model is neither a toy nor a Matchbox product."  It is also labeled " Matchbox (Marca Registrada) is the registered trade mark of Lesney Products & Co.LTD. London England. © 1978 Lesney products & Co. LTD Printed and made in England.
